Director of Privacy Compliance
Job Summary
Leading the development and implementation of an enterprise-wide privacy compliance program, the full-time remote Director of Privacy Compliance will serve as a subject matter expert on global privacy laws and regulations while managing compliance initiatives across various business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and oversee Zeta's global privacy compliance program, including privacy impact assessments and policy development
- Manage compliance programs related to TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and digital advertising regulations, while monitoring emerging regulatory changes
- Lead and mentor a team of compliance professionals, collaborating cross-functionally to embed privacy principles in business practices
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in privacy or regulatory compliance, preferably in marketing technology or data-intensive industries
- Expertise in GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and U.S. state privacy laws
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising regulations and compliance frameworks
- Proven experience in building and scaling compliance programs in complex environments
- Experience managing compliance teams and working with cross-functional stakeholders
