Director of Privileged Access Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Privileged Access Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations and governance of privileged accounts across the organization
• Administer PAM tools and oversee credential management processes
• Secure access to critical systems and collaborate with cybersecurity teams on threat detection

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in IT security, including 3+ years focused on PAM
• 5+ years of experience managing technical teams
• Hands-on expertise with major PAM platforms (e.g., CyberArk, Delinea, Beyond Trust)
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and compliance frameworks
