Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree required; PhD preferred in an analytical, technical, or scientific field
• 8-10 years of experience in R&D program management, innovation design, or similar fields
• Prior management or team leadership experience with high-performing teams
• Strong understanding of design thinking and innovation frameworks
• Experience managing budgets and cross-functional collaboration
