Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
8-10+ years of experience in improvement roles with expertise in operational improvements
5+ years of experience leading process excellence and automation teams
Strong experience in process automation, data analytics, and RPA tools
Demonstrated experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies
