Director of Process Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Process Engineer to drive financial performance by optimizing logistical and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to design efficient workflows and develop detailed process maps
• Lead testing and implementation of system enhancements and support go-live efforts
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and advocate for automation and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in a process engineering role, preferably in a logistics environment
• Experience in process mapping, system design, and implementation
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with JIRA, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
