Director of Process Excellence

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Process Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Assurance and Training functions for the Revenue Cycle Services team
• Design and implement a comprehensive quality assurance framework and oversee audits for compliance and accuracy
• Develop training programs and optimize processes for revenue cycle workflows, ensuring continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, HIM, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, with at least 3 years in QA/training leadership
• Deep understanding of ASC and/or hospital revenue cycle workflows including coding, billing, and denial management
• Experience in designing training programs and QA frameworks for revenue cycle teams
• Strong analytical skills to interpret audit results and identify improvement strategies
