Director of Process Improvement

Job Summary

To drive continuous improvement in revenue cycle management, the full-time salaried Director of Process Improvement will evaluate and standardize processes, establish performance metrics, and collaborate with operational leaders and stakeholders to enhance efficiency and financial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Translate executive vision into actionable roadmaps for operational excellence across multiple departments
• Lead end-to-end process analysis to identify inefficiencies and drive Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
• Build strong partnerships across operations, finance, and IT to implement scalable solutions and manage organizational change

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations and process improvement
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing projects or enterprise initiatives
• Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle functions and regulatory considerations
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
