Director of Process Intelligence
Job Summary
Leading the advancement of Process Intelligence capabilities, the full-time remote Director of Process Intelligence will execute transformation initiatives, enable capability adoption, and strengthen governance and delivery infrastructure across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution of Process Intelligence activities across prioritized enterprise transformation initiatives
- Develop and enhance structures, tools, and methodologies to scale Process Intelligence adoption
- Support establishment and evolution of governance frameworks, standards, and KPIs for Process Intelligence
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree and 4 years of experience, or Master's degree and 7 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree and 9 years of experience in data science, business analytics, process improvement, engineering, or related fields
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes
- Deep experience in process mining, process analysis, and performance optimization
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Celonis, Signavio, and UiPath Process Mining
- Experience establishing governance frameworks, KPIs, and value tracking mechanisms
