Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Process Optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives, including analysis, solution design, and evaluation
  • Develop and maintain a centralized repository of process documentation and standard operating procedures
  • Manage cross-functional project plans and execute change management strategies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management or business process improvement
  • Proven ability to lead process change initiatives to full organizational adoption
  • Experience in establishing or scaling operational processes within a growth-stage organization
  • Familiarity with process documentation tools such as Lucidchart or Visio
