Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Processing to lead and scale its loan processing team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the processing pipeline for Business Purpose Loans
Lead and develop a team of processors to ensure consistent performance
Implement process improvements to enhance closing timelines and maintain service-level agreements

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in private lending, non-QM, or business-purpose real estate lending
Proven ability to manage SLAs, KPIs, and reporting at an executive level
Experience with data-driven decision-making
Familiarity with third-party diligence software for applicant reviews
Experience with Loan Origination Systems is preferred
