Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Processing to lead and scale their loan processing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the processing pipeline for Business Purpose Loans
• Lead and develop a team of processors to ensure consistent performance
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance closing timelines

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in private lending or business-purpose real estate lending
• Proven ability to manage SLAs, KPIs, and executive-level reporting
• Experience with data-driven decision-making and risk management
• Familiarity with 3rd party diligence software for applicant reviews
• Preferred experience with Loan Origination Systems and process improvement
