Director of Processing

Job Summary

Leading the processing department, the full-time salaried Director of Processing will manage teams, develop strategies for loan processing across various product types, and ensure efficient workflows while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the overall strategy for the processing department and manage the development of team leaders
• Identify and eliminate workflow bottlenecks while standardizing processes for efficiency
• Set monthly goals and ensure compliance with company policies and federal guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of mortgage loan processing experience with strong leadership skills
• At least 3 years of processing management experience
• Extensive experience with Encompass preferred
• Proven track record of scaling processing departments with measurable results
• Strong working knowledge of agency and portfolio products or ability to learn quickly
