Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a procurement function and strategic sourcing program
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and lead contract negotiations
• Establish procurement policies and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 12+ years of experience in sourcing and purchasing
• Preferred NAPM or APICS certification
• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies
• Proven success in a senior procurement role in a high-growth environment
