Director of Procurement

Job Summary

Leading enterprise-wide procurement for a U.S.-based healthcare IT company, the full-time Director of Procurement will manage sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and team performance while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead supplier negotiations and drive competitive RFP/RFQ processes across high-impact categories
• Act as the executive owner for key suppliers, implementing performance scorecards and managing supplier risk
• Partner with cross-functional budget owners to align sourcing strategies with business objectives and manage spend planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of progressive procurement/sourcing experience, including supplier negotiations and contract management
• Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or technology environments; healthcare IT experience preferred
• Demonstrated success in leading negotiations with technology vendors and managing a team
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information for leadership
