Director of Procurement

Job Summary

Building and leading the global procurement function, the remote Director of Procurement will design sourcing strategies, manage vendor relationships, and implement spend governance processes to support the company's growth and IPO readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead Carrot's global procurement strategy across various sectors
• Build scalable sourcing and contract management processes while driving competitive sourcing events
• Implement vendor performance measurement frameworks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management, preferably in high-growth SaaS or healthcare environments
• Proven track record of building procurement functions from the ground up
• Strong contract negotiation experience, including with SaaS and clinical services
• Familiarity with data privacy and compliance frameworks such as HIPAA and GDPR
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across various teams
