Director of Procurement Production

Job Summary

To support a growing production procurement function, the contract Director of Procurement Production will manage sourcing execution, supplier coordination, and cost management while collaborating with various stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate production needs into procurement workstreams, supporting vendor strategy and negotiations while tracking savings and risks
• Own and manage procurement operating routines, ensuring consistency and accountability across functions through regular reviews and performance metrics
• Develop and maintain executive-level reporting materials to communicate procurement performance and value creation to senior leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or production operations within complex, time-sensitive environments
• Proven experience in building operating cadences and performance management frameworks
• Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in developing procurement dashboards and KPIs
• Proficiency with project management and procurement tools, such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Oracle Fusion
