Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and collaborative Director of Product, the full-time role will lead the Engagement & Enrollment product suite, defining and executing product strategy for SaaS solutions that enhance utility customer engagement while working in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Articulate and execute a clear product strategy for Engagement and Enrollment products aligned with company vision
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize valuable work and shape product roadmaps based on market needs
• Guide teams in prioritizing impactful problems, defining outcome-oriented metrics, and driving customer-centric innovation

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading product teams and delivering on market opportunities
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for diverse audiences
• Experience leading multi-team efforts around shared business goals
• User-first mindset with a focus on simple, elegant solutions
• Experience integrating AI into products is a plus
