Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product to lead product delivery and team development in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers and Designers
• Oversee product delivery, ensuring alignment and process improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and scale new integrations

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product experience, with at least 3+ years in a management role
• Experience leading product teams of 5-15 in startup or high-growth environments
• Strong background as an individual Product Manager prior to leadership
• Proven understanding of modern product discovery, delivery, and impact measurement techniques
• Experience in real estate tech, fintech, or marketplaces is preferred
