Director of Product

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product to lead the strategic development of their product organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and implement the "Voice of Customer" engine to validate product assumptions
• Establish data-driven decision-making processes and define success metrics
• Lead the product development lifecycle and mentor the product management team

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, particularly in B2B or Enterprise SaaS
• 3+ years of experience in People Leadership, including hiring and coaching Product Managers
• Demonstrated ability to define success metrics and implement product analytics
• Experience designing and implementing product systems and processes
• Proficient in conducting customer interviews and translating feedback into strategic insights
