Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product to lead high-impact product initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop product strategy and business cases, ensuring alignment across various departments
• Conduct market research and evaluate growth opportunities, presenting insights to executive stakeholders
• Act as Product Owner for key initiatives, driving projects from concept through launch and performance measurement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 8-12+ years of product management experience with ownership of complex initiatives
• Experience in fintech, lending, or financial services with a strong understanding of industry best practices
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes, including revenue growth and operational efficiency
• Ability to influence senior leaders and build alignment across cross-functional stakeholders
