Director of Product

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product to lead the strategy and execution of customer experience assurance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the CX assurance product strategy and maintain an outcome-driven product roadmap
• Engage with customers and partners to translate CX challenges into actionable product requirements
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in enterprise or SaaS product management, preferably in complex environments
• Strong background in customer experience, particularly with contact centers or CX platforms
• Solid understanding of modern communication channels and agentic AI architectures
• Experience with AI/ML-driven products and analytics pipelines
• Hands-on experience with agile product development methodologies
