Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product and production function, ensuring clear backlogs and aligned teams
• Build and grow teams by hiring, onboarding, and mentoring Producers and Product Managers
• Own the product lifecycle from concept through launch, utilizing data to inform decisions

Required Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience managing Producers/PMs in game development
• 10+ years of experience in a high leadership role within a games studio
• Multiple shipped titles under leadership
• Deep understanding of both creative and business aspects of games
• Experience with budgets, schedules, and resource management
