Director of Product

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product who will lead product strategy and manage a team of product managers in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads and mentors a team of product managers, setting standards for product craft and decision-making
• Owns product and platform strategy for Digital Pharmacy Systems (DPS) and Gastro (GAS) offerings
• Translates company strategy into roadmap priorities and measurable product outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience) (Required)
• 8+ years of product management experience (Required)
• Demonstrated leadership of product managers (5+ direct reports) or equivalent leadership responsibility (Required)
• Experience improving and scaling existing digital products or platforms (Required)
• Healthcare technology or digital pharmacy experience (Preferred)
