Director of Product

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal/Director of Product.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the measurement and reporting of product performance, defining comprehensive KPIs
• Drive end-to-end workflows and UX for providers and patients, partnering with Product Managers
• Lead PMs, Designers, UX Research, and Product Ops teams, scaling the organization for outcomes-focused delivery

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in product leadership, with 3-5 years leading PMs and Design teams in fintech/payments/lending or healthcare technology
• Proven track record scaling products from ~$50M to $200M+ GMV or $10M to $50M+ ARR
• Deep expertise in funnel optimization, experiment design, A/B testing, and statistical analysis
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's degree is a plus
• Comfort with SQL and product analytics tools like Looker, BigQuery, and Heap
