Director of Product

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with executive leadership to align product and company objectives
• Own and drive a 12-18 month strategic product roadmap
• Lead, develop, and grow the product management team through coaching and mentorship

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of product management experience, including senior product leadership
• Proven ownership of product strategy and long-term road mapping
• Experience partnering deeply with engineering leadership
• Experience managing international teams across multiple time zones
• Experience with healthcare interoperability, value-based care, and population health
