Director of Product

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product to lead their product management organization and define a strategic product vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform high-level company goals into a cohesive product strategy based on customer needs and data-driven insights
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Product Management team while managing the end-to-end product lifecycle
• Engage with stakeholders to deliver high-impact products and ensure timely delivery of product initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B2C or B2B SaaS environments, preferably in Vet Health or Health-tech
• At least 3 years of experience managing Product Managers
• Experience in transitioning products from siloed applications to an integrated platform
• Proficiency in defining measurable KPIs and holding teams accountable for user impact
• Preferred experience in AI product launches and modern product discovery techniques
