Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product, Homebuyer & Estimator Experiences to lead product strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a team of product managers to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Showroom and Estimate
• Shape the end-to-end experience for homebuyers and builders, integrating AI into the buyer journey

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, with leadership of multiple product areas or teams
• 4+ years of experience in people management, including coaching product managers
• Proven track record of shipping products that drive measurable business outcomes
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across various departments
• Strong product instincts for both user-facing experiences and backend workflows
