Job Summary

Driving product initiatives for the Appraisal Membership business, the full-time remote Director of Product will lead a focused team to achieve double-digit revenue growth while managing product strategy, customer engagement, and market analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accountability for revenue, retention, and market share growth in the Appraisal CE Membership and select professions
• Lead and coach a product team, setting clear goals and fostering an environment for growth and high performance
• Translate strategy into actionable product direction, prioritizing initiatives and driving alignment across various teams

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, particularly in B2C, direct-to-consumer, or e-commerce environments
• Proven track record of driving double-digit, product-led revenue growth
• Experience with LMS platforms, digital education products, or subscription models
• Familiarity with AI tools and a genuine curiosity about their application in education
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
