Director of Product

Job Summary

Leading a team of product managers, the full-time Director of Product will own and drive the strategy for Digital Pharmacy Systems and Gastro product lines, ensuring alignment with company goals while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads, mentors, and manages a team of product managers, setting standards for product craft and decision-making
• Owns and drives product and platform strategy for Digital Pharmacy Systems and Gastro offerings
• Translates company and product strategy into roadmap priorities and measurable product outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience) required
• 8+ years of product management experience required
• Demonstrated leadership of product managers or equivalent leadership responsibility required
• Experience improving and scaling existing digital products or platforms required
• Knowledge of product management frameworks and best practices required
