Director of Product

Job Summary

To support a mission-driven startup in transforming cardiovascular care, the full-time remote Director of Product will define the product vision, build product management practices from scratch, and oversee the entire product lifecycle from discovery to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to define product vision and strategy aligned with clinical and operational goals
• Lead discovery efforts to synthesize insights into clear product requirements and priorities
• Own end-to-end product execution, ensuring high-quality feature delivery and tracking product performance post-launch

Required qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in product management or product strategy
• Proven track record of turning ideas into shipped products, particularly in early-stage environments
• Healthcare experience, including knowledge of healthcare data regulations and standard data formats
• Ability to act as both a doer and a team leader in a startup environment
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with a focus on user empathy and problem-solving
