Director of Product

Job Summary

Leading the product experience for brands and suppliers, the full-time remote Director of Product will drive key initiatives for the Material Bank platform, focusing on product strategy, execution, and the launch of the next-generation MB3 platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product experience, including onboarding, catalog management, and analytics for brands and suppliers
• Collaborate with marketing to define product capabilities that support demand generation and business growth
• Shape the platform roadmap and contribute to revenue and monetization strategies during the MB3 relaunch

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with significant experience in a senior or lead role
• Strong technical background in B2B SaaS, marketplace, or platform products
• Proven ability to connect product decisions to revenue and business outcomes
• Hands-on leadership approach with clear communication skills
• Experience in design, architecture, or working with manufacturers and material brands is a plus
