Director of Product

Job Summary

Leading the product strategy and execution for the Skylight platform, the full-time remote Director of Product will define the product vision, drive enhancements, and ensure compliance while collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions in the financial crime and compliance technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Skylight platform
• Drive product enhancements that improve customer outcomes, retention, and revenue growth
• Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends to shape future product capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, compliance technology, or financial services
• Experience leading regulated software products from concept through production
• Strong understanding of AML, fraud prevention, and financial crime compliance frameworks
• Experience working closely with software engineering teams in an Agile environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive interactions
