Director of Product

Job Summary

Driving product innovation and strategy, the full-time remote Director of Product will lead the development and execution of enterprise-level products while fostering a collaborative team culture and integrating AI capabilities into the product roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Own the overall product strategy and collaborate with the CTO and COO for timely product launches
• Lead the ideation and technical development of innovative global-scale enterprise products
• Define metrics for product success and analyze feedback to shape requirements and features

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 4 years in a leadership role
• 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management with a focus on enterprise segments
• Proven experience in delivering AI-enabled products and utilizing AI tools for decision-making
• Strong data skills in both quantitative analytics and qualitative user research
• Exceptional ability to define strategies and roadmaps from ambiguous data and ideas
