Director of Product

Job Summary

Leading a team of Product Managers and Designers, the full-time remote Director of Product will drive product strategy and execution while embedding AI into daily practices and ensuring exceptional customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers and Designers, acting as both a coach and hands-on leader
• Collaborate with the CTO to define and execute product strategy aligned with company goals and customer needs
• Oversee multiple strategic initiatives from discovery to customer adoption, ensuring successful execution and business impact

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing Product Managers and building high-performing product teams
• Proven success in leading product strategy for complex B2B SaaS products, preferably in HR technology or AI-first environments
• Strong understanding of modern software architecture and experience collaborating with engineering leaders
• Extensive hands-on experience using AI tools and frameworks in product management
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience influencing executive-level decisions
