Job Summary

Seeking a strategic leader, the fully remote Director of Product will define and execute the vision for a healthcare platform that integrates with EHR systems, while identifying AI-driven opportunities to enhance clinical and operational workflows.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and execution for a healthcare platform
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data, design, and business stakeholders
• Guide product lifecycle from concept through launch, refining based on market trends and user feedback

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of product management experience with leadership in developing product teams
• Healthcare industry experience, particularly with EHR systems integration
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI/ML technologies in product strategies
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments, adept at scaling products
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
