Job Summary

Owning product strategy and driving AI-powered innovation, the full-time salaried Director of Product will define the product vision, manage the roadmap, and collaborate with engineering and design to deliver scalable solutions in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the product vision and roadmap, focusing on customer impact and scalability
• Partner with the AI team to integrate AI agents that enhance workflows and automate decision-making
• Engage with customers to translate complex compliance and governance needs into actionable product features

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth environments
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI, LLMs, or workflow automation
• Technical fluency in APIs, integrations, JSON, and platform architecture
• Preferred experience in third-party risk, vendor management, or compliance products
• Ownership mentality with a customer-obsessed and AI-forward mindset
