Job Summary

Seeking a strategic leader, the fully remote Director of Product will define and drive the vision and execution of a healthcare platform that integrates with EHR systems, while identifying AI-driven opportunities to enhance clinical and operational workflows.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for a healthcare platform addressing workflow gaps
• Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions
• Guide the product lifecycle from concept through launch, refining based on market trends and user feedback

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of product management experience with a strong leadership background
• Healthcare industry experience, particularly with EHR system integration
• Proven ability to leverage AI/ML technologies within product strategies
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments, capable of operating in ambiguity
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
