Director of Product

Job Summary

Leading product strategy and execution, the full-time remote Director of Product will manage AMC's technology roadmap across member and donor systems, lodging and booking, volunteer technology, and shared platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Own and refine AMC's product roadmap, focusing on measurable mission and business outcomes
• Translate business and user needs into clear requirements, user stories, and launch plans
• Lead product reviews with senior leaders, communicating progress, risks, and decisions needed

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product management or technology transformation experience
• Experience leading complex platform implementations such as CRM or booking systems
• Strong product discipline, including backlog management and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent communication skills to connect strategy and technical constraints
• Passion for AMC's mission and interest in enhancing outdoor experiences through technology
