Director of Product

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic leader, the fully remote Director of Product will define and drive the vision and execution of a healthcare platform that integrates with EHR systems, while leading cross-functional teams and incorporating AI-driven innovations to enhance clinical workflows.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for a healthcare platform addressing clinical and operational workflow gaps
• Lead collaboration with engineering, data, design, and business stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions
• Identify and integrate AI/ML capabilities to improve efficiency and automation within healthcare workflows

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of product management experience with strong leadership and team development skills
• Healthcare industry experience, particularly with products integrating EHR systems
• Proven ability to leverage AI/ML technologies in product strategies
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments, capable of navigating ambiguity
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for influencing diverse audiences
