Job Summary

Seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Product, the full-time remote position will lead product strategy, development, and user experience initiatives, leveraging AI tools to enhance educational outcomes for students learning to read.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company goals and user needs
• Oversee the end-to-end product development process, ensuring delivery of high-quality, user-centric products
• Lead and inspire a high-performing product management and UX design organization, fostering a culture of innovation

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management, including the development and scaling of enterprise-tier SaaS platforms
• Working knowledge of utilizing AI prototyping tools and large language models (LLMs)
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
