Job Summary
Owning the product strategy for Vanta's Governance & Compliance team, the full-time remote Director of Product will manage the product roadmap, lead a growing team of product managers, and drive initiatives that enhance the GRC product for enterprise customers.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for trust, audit, and segmentation
- Lead and mentor a product team, fostering strong product thinking and execution
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define a vision and roadmap that balances innovation, scalability, and customer impact
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of product management experience in high-growth environments
- 5+ years of experience in hiring and managing high-performing teams
- Proven track record in setting product vision and business strategies for complex areas
- Experience with B2B SaaS products serving SMB and enterprise customers
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving organizations
