Director of Product Analytics

Job Summary

Driving product analytics strategy, the full-time remote Director of Product Analytics will manage a team, influence product decisions, and ensure growth outcomes by leveraging deep customer insights and advanced analytical frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high-leverage questions and provide actionable insights to product and leadership teams
• Lead and develop a team of product analysts, ensuring high-performance standards and effective coaching
• Own the experiment strategy across product areas, interpreting results and identifying cross-experiment patterns

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product analytics experience in consumer-facing, high-growth environments
• 3+ years of experience managing product analysts with a successful track record in talent development
• Proven ability to frame questions and deliver insights that drive product development
• Expertise in experiment design, causal inference, and familiarity with AI tools
• Strong understanding of modern analytics stack, including SQL, Snowflake, and Amplitude
