Director of Product and Design

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product & Design for its SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi-year product vision and strategy across the SaaS portfolio
• Lead and develop Product Managers and Designers, ensuring strong product discovery practices
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align product strategy with business goals and ensure impactful launches

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in Product Management within B2B SaaS
• Experience leading multi-product portfolios or complex platform ecosystems
• Proven ability to scale PM and Design teams
• Strong familiarity with modern AI tooling for product discovery and prototyping
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, retention, expansion, usage, margin)
