Director of Product and Partnerships

Job Summary

To drive strategic growth in educational partnerships, the remote Director of Product and Strategic Partnerships will define and execute the ICP product strategy, manage partner relationships, and oversee product roadmaps to enhance integrations and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the ICP product strategy and roadmap, focusing on product enhancements and API development
• Manage and grow key partner relationships, ensuring alignment with ICP goals and facilitating deeper integrations
• Establish success metrics for the program, using data and customer feedback to inform product decisions and priorities

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of delivering measurable business impact
• Experience in building and evolving platform products, APIs, or integration-based offerings
• Demonstrated ability to manage external partnerships and support integration processes
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills to drive alignment across multiple teams
• Experience in complex, matrixed environments with excellent stakeholder management skills
