Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the global product assortment strategy
• Oversee the Product Assortment Management team and the product lifecycle planning process
• Enhance online merchandising strategies and improve search relevancy and conversion rates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, IT, or related field; Master's Degree preferred
• 10 years of experience in product assortment planning and management
• 10 years of experience leading high-performing teams in an international business environment
• Deep understanding of product assortment strategy and market trends
• Experience in collaborating with various leadership teams across the organization
