Director of Product, Conversational AI

Job Summary

Owning the Conversational AI function, the full-time remote Director of Product, Conversational AI will define the voice of AI-led conversations in life insurance, manage the product roadmap, and ensure seamless customer interactions across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define the tone and structure of AI conversations, ensuring they align with customer empathy and regulatory standards
• Develop and defend the multi-year vision for customer interactions across voice and text, prioritizing segments and products
• Drive end-to-end launches of conversational AI across customer segments, ensuring smooth transitions between AI and human agents

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with a focus on customer-facing communication channels
• Proven ability to shape brand presence in new communication mediums
• Strong narrative and copywriting skills with a critical eye for conversational design
• Commercial acumen with a solid understanding of key performance metrics
• Experience with products built on large language models (LLMs) and a hands-on approach to product development
