Director of Product - Data Analytics

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and development of enterprise data and analytics products, the full-time remote Director of Product - Data Analytics will manage global product teams, define product vision, and ensure alignment with business objectives to enhance decision-making and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of a portfolio of enterprise data products, focusing on investment prioritization and product lifecycle management
• Build partnerships across business and technology organizations to align product strategy with enterprise priorities and communicate results to stakeholders
• Guide strategic decisions related to data platforms and product design, ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned with enterprise architecture

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Product Management, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred
• 12+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including 7+ years in senior management roles
• Proven success in designing and building advanced analytics products at scale
• Experience with scaled Agile delivery, Scrum, and portfolio-grade agile frameworks
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms, data engineering, and AI-enabled data capabilities is preferred
