Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage a multi-year product vision and roadmap aligned to enterprise strategy
• Lead and mentor Product Managers and Product Owners within an agile framework
• Own product backlog prioritization and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree; 3+ years in management
• 8-10 years of experience working with product, design, and software engineering teams in an agile environment
• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing product or design
• Strong track record of project delivery for large, cross-functional projects
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare and management
