Director of Product Delivery

Job Summary

Directing and overseeing information systems activities, the full-time Director of Product Delivery will develop departmental goals, manage staffing and budgets, and ensure compliance with organizational standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop departmental goals and standards aligned with organizational requirements
• Plan and direct staffing activities, including hiring and continuing education initiatives
• Coordinate departmental budgets and ensure compliance with allocated funding

Required qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in leadership/management, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in leadership/management
• 10+ years of overall software product delivery experience
• 5+ years of experience in managing teams
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale technology initiatives on time and within budget
• Understanding of Content Management System fundamentals
