Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Design.

Key Responsibilities:

Understanding both the execution and business aspects of product design
Managing the operations of the advanced BA and business tooling development group
Collaborating with key stakeholders to create innovative experiences across products

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field
10 years of experience in product design or UX
5 years of experience leading design projects and managing teams
3 years of work experience with executive leaders
Preferred: Master's degree in relevant field, experience in complex organizations, and knowledge of Construction or Fleet Management Industries
